Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GetProCleaners.com website or booking our professional cleaning services. By accessing our site at getprocleaners.com or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service, you agree to provide our staff with a safe working environment, access to the property, and functioning utilities (water and electricity). You agree to secure any pets and valuable or fragile items before our team's arrival.

2. Pricing and Payments

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust the price upon inspection if the scope of work is greater than described.

• A $50 deposit is required to book all residential services.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Commercial contracts may have custom payment terms.
• Late payments may incur a fee of $25 or 5% of the balance, whichever is greater.

3. Membership Program

Members receive a 25% discount on all services. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged an additional $50 fee.

5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds; our guarantee is to correct any issues to your satisfaction.

6. Liability and Damages

GetProCleaners.com is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. In the rare event of damage caused by our team:

• We must be notified within 48 hours of the service.
• We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
• Claims are limited to the fair market value of the damaged item.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly installed or secured items.

7. Access and Security

If you provide access instructions (lockbox code, key location, etc.), you do so at your own risk. We recommend changing access codes periodically. Our cleaners are background-checked, but we are not responsible for theft or loss unless negligence by our staff can be proven.

8. Use of Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to be contacted by GetProCleaners.com for service-related purposes including:

• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and notifications
• Invoices and payment receipts
• Promotional messages (with opt-out option)

You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

9. Service Area

We currently serve Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. Services outside our standard area may be subject to additional travel fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
